Fees

My fees are in line with other Bay Area therapists with similar education, training and experience. Please contact me to inquire about my current fees.

While I am not on any insurance panels, I am committed to helping you recover your out-of-pockets costs whenever possible. You may participate in or be eligible for an FSA, HSA or HRA plan that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for therapy. Your insurance plan may reimburse some or all of the cost of out-of-network therapy once your deductible is met. I am happy to provide monthly statements for you to submit, as well as to connect you to resources that make it easier to navigate the process. Please let me know if you would like more information.

Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate

Note: As of January 1, 2022, per the “No Surprises” Act, this information is required to be posted on my website.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
